SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

 

SHIPPING :

 

SHIPPING CHARGABLE.

Dispatch within 2 days.

AWB number will be provided on the number mentioned in the order, for tracking purpose.

 

RETURNS:

 

WE ACCEPT RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

 

FOR RAISING A REQUEST WE NEED VALID UNBOXING VIDEO SHOWING THE DEFECT IN ONE GO WITHOUT ANY CUTS OR EDITS.

 

After receiving the return request we will verify and provide the refund or exchange of the product within 5-7 business days.

 

We offer returns on items ONLY, that have physical defects (dye issues, tears) or that have been incorrectly shipped.

Dye issues – parts of saree left undyed, excessive dye stains. (colour variation due to images NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS).

 

SLIGHT COLOUR VARIATION DUE TO LIGHTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY TECHNICAL ASPECTS : BUT DON’T WORRY, WE HAVE YOU COVERED.

(Kindly schedule a video call for the same by booking a slot through whatsapp communication.).

NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE FOR SILK MARK CERTIFIED SAREES.

 

HANDLOOM SAREES WILL HAVE IRREGULARITIES IN THE TEXTURE WHICH MAKES IT UNIQUE, THEY ARE NOT DEFECTS.
